Returns Policy:

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you, or don’t do what they are supposed to do.

Please contact us within 7 days if you are not happy with your purchase to discuss a refund/exchange.

All sewing machines, over-lockers and major items are covered by a manufacturers warranty, please contact us if you require information on a specific item.


Wherever possible, all orders within Australia are shipped by Australia Post (Parcel Post). The following is our postage rates to most areas within Australia. Some remote areas may attract a surcharge. Some of our items don’t fit into a standard satchel, and in this case we will let you know how much the postage will be.

Postage and handling charges are as follows:
(NB: 1mtr of fabric weighs approx. 200g)

1) Orders up to 500g – $10.00

2) Orders over 500g and up to 3Kg – $15.00

3) Orders over 3Kg and up to 6kg – $20.00

4) Orders over 6Kg – Email us for price

5) Sewing machines – Freight will be quoted prior to purchase. Please contact us for a quote.

6) Embroidery machines – Freight will be quoted prior to purchase. Please contact us for a quote.
